Before founding Community Consulting, LLC, Ms. Sprang served as a City Manager, lending her expertise to three distinct communities in the State of Colorado over a decade: Carbondale, Green Mountain Falls, and Aspen. With a richly diverse background, she holds a certification in human resource management subsequent to her tenure as a human resources director for a span of five years. Her professional journey also encompasses leadership and management in healthcare, higher education, hospitality, and C-suite experience within the oil and gas industry.

A fixture at annual conferences, Ms. Sprang passionately advocates for cultivating empowering work environments by means of providing leadership training and support. She is committed to fostering community inclusion and promoting government transparency via democratic channels, effecting positive change at the grassroots level.

Ms. Sprang holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business, as well as a master’s in political science with a focus on politics and public policy, certifications in human resource management, public management, and is a lean six sigma black belt. Her outstanding academic performance has also been recognized through numerous awards and honors.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds solace in outdoor activities, surfing, and instructing yoga and meditation. Ms. Sprang cherishes quality time with her two adult children, and her beloved Pitbull, "Lady."
